Professora Ciranda Wins the Baobá Category at Jogos Brasileiros 2026

What an unforgettable moment for ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin!

During the Jogos Brasileiros 2026 in Jacobina, Bahia, Professora Ciranda became a Champion once again, winning in the Baobá category.

This achievement represents years of dedication, discipline, persistence, and love for Capoeira — and we couldn’t be prouder to see ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin represented at such an important national event.

The Jogos Brasileiros brought together Capoeiristas from across Brazil and around the world for competitions, workshops, lectures, music, cultural exchange, and the celebration of the rich traditions of Capoeira.

For our Marin community, this experience was even more meaningful because we had the opportunity to bring our students’ energy, our school’s work, and our community spirit all the way to Bahia.
