ONLINE CAPOEIRA WORKOUT CLASS with PROFESSOR FERRUGEM!

A special series of ONLINE classes teaching basic capoeira fitness techniques designed to improve capoeira performance and/or get you in the best shape ever.

We strongly recommend this class for OUR TEENS students, however all adults are welcome to join us.
