We’re excited to welcome back Capoeira Funcional with Professora Iguana, combining Capoeira fundamentals with functional strength, mobility, and endurance training.

In November, we’ll once again honor Black history, culture, resistance, and the legacy connected to Zumbi dos Palmares.

Another opportunity to train, learn, celebrate, and support our extended ABADÁ family.
