🌟 Support Our Mission This Giving Tuesday 🌟
Dear Capoeira Community, Friends, and Supporters,
This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to stand with us in strengthening the roots of culture, movement, and community here in Marin. ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin, a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization lead by an immigrant woman. We has been proudly serving Marin County since 2015, and have been creating a space where all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can grow through the transformative power of Capoeira and the arts.

To continue offering accessible programs and community service, we must raise $20,000 by the end of this year — and we need your help.
Your donation directly supports:
✨ Capoeira training for all ages and levels
✨ Rhythm & percussion classes
✨ Maculelê and cultural dances
✨ Youth and family programming
✨ Well-being and mindfulness programs through movement
✨ Special community events & performances
✨ Access to the arts in Marin, including space for local instructors teaching salsa, kickboxing, Portuguese language, and more.
Capoeira is one of the most democratic martial arts in the world , a practice born from resilience and community. It teaches discipline, creativity, self-confidence, musicality, and cultural awareness. Used as a mindfulness practice, Capoeira helps students develop focus, emotional regulation, teamwork, and joy through play and movement.
Our studio is more than a training space , it is a cultural home, a place where friendships grow, where youth find belonging, and where we preserve the powerful lineage of Afro-Brazilian heritage.
Will you help us continue serving our community?
Every contribution matters whether $20, $200, or $2,000 and is fully tax-deductible.
👉 Donate now and help us reach $20,000 by December 31st.
DONATION ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
Together, we keep the roda turning.
Together, we make sure this art remains alive for future generations.
Your support is greatly appreciated!
