Last Saturday’s Aulão do Mês with Professor Ferrugem was an incredible afternoon of learning and growth.

With this month’s theme, “Raízes Fortes, Futuro Brilhante” (Strong Roots, Bright Future), students explored new techniques while strengthening the foundations that make Capoeira such a unique art.
