Join Abadá Capoeira Marin at a kid's capoeira workshop! Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. Through capoeira, students develop skills in self-defense, acrobatics, instrument playing, rhythm, teamwork, and respect. It will be a great way to introduce your child to a new activity and learn fun moves! Classes will be taught by Abada Marin, the local capoeira studio in Marin.
