Instructor Prego and Instructor Ciranda hope you have had a great summer!

We are incredibly excited to begin the fall semester! This promises to be a semester filled with engaging, meaningful and rigorous work in our classrooms.
We look forward to a very positive and productive semester together!

We are preparing for the start of classes at our new location (Body Vibe Studio- 999 Andersen Drive, San Rafael CA 94901) on September 8th. We encourage you to contact us if/when the need arises and to stay in the know about school activities, as well as other events and happenings.

We extend a special, semester-long invitation to our families to join us at school activities and events whenever possible. We want we and value your involvement and support in your child’s development skills!

Again, we welcome you to Abada Capoeira Marin and to our wonderful community. Our school is a place alive with much energy and enthusiasm! It is, indeed, a place where the development of skills abounds! Here’s to an AWESOME new school semester as we work together to make our school a great place to work and learn capoeira each day!
