100% CAPOEIRA FUNCIONAL (Capoeira Workout Class) WITH PROFESSOR FERRUGEM!
A special series of ONLINE classes teaching basic capoeira fitness techniques designed to improve capoeira performance and get you in the best shape ever.
We strongly recommend this class for OUR TEENS students, however it has been popular through out our all age groups adults are welcome!
