October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re highlighting the importance of early detection and prevention. Understanding the risks, learning self-exams, and sharing knowledge is how we support one another. Halloween Capoeira Party 🎃 This Weekend!
Attention pre-K and youth capoeiristas! It’s time to bring your most creative costumes to the roda! This Saturday, we’re hosting a special Halloween-themed Capoeira class filled with tricks, treats, and plenty of ginga. Bring your family along for some spooky fun! and your friend to get a free Capoeira Class There will be games, prizes, and a few ginga surprises in the mix. 🥋👻
