We had an incredible Aulão this past weekend, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us! The energy was electric, the roda was vibrant, and the lessons were truly memorable. A special thank you goes to our esteemed guest Graduados and Instrutores from San Francisco and teachers, Professor Ferrugem and Professora Sereia. Their presence brought a unique depth and dynamism to our training, and we are so fortunate to have experienced their wisdom and skill firsthand.

Professor Ferrugem, with his agile movements and tactical mind, shared insights on the importance of strategy and flow in Capoeira, reminding us all that every movement is an opportunity to express oneself while respecting the jogo. Meanwhile, Professora Sereia captivated us with her grace and fluidity, teaching us the beauty of seamless transitions and the power of rhythm.
