Happy Birthday, Gambá! It’s been 10 years since you started training capoeira at ABADÁ MARIN. Watching you grow and mature to a strong, inteligent and talent young citizen has been an incredible road for us. On the way, lots of the obstacles I saw you persevere, work hard and achieve the sucess. Your grown in capoeira within the last year has been truly inspiring. Your dedication, skills, and spirit as both a Capoeirista and a Percussionist shine brightly in our community.

Final Week of Breast Cancer Awareness & Roda 💗
This is the last week of our Breast Cancer Awareness campaign! We’ll be holding a special roda to honor this important cause and promote awareness.
Early detection saves lives, so let’s focus on the importance of prevention and regular self-exams. Knowing how to check yourself can make all the difference or ask your wife, mother, sister and beloved if she has done it.
