Every week a few of our friends deliver 150 "bags of love" for the homeless communities in Oakland and Berkeley. Because dehydration is a serious challenge in the warmer months, ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin is asking its students, if possible, to donate water or juice to this project this spring and summer.

Every Friday, Negona, Manoela Vieira, and her daughters will collect your donations and deliver them the next day directly into the hands of those in need.
